Who We Are
The Executive Committee of the Lebanon County Earned Income Tax Bureau (LCEITB or the “Bureau”) is comprised of up to twelve voluntary, unpaid and uncompensated School District and Municipal representatives. This Board maintains a strategic relationship with the outsourced collector that is backed by the collective representation of all taxing jurisdictions in Lebanon County. The structure allows for the most cost effective tax collection by leveraging the best of available technology, economies of scale in collections and with minimal duplication of efforts such as annual audits. The county is well on its way to complete compliance with Pennsylvania’s Act 32 legislation that requires county wide tax collection. In fact, Lebanon County is poised to lead all Pennsylvania counties in making a profound and positive impact on tax collection – a gain to all taxpayers and constituents alike.
